The War THEY dont want us to know about.

In the last eight weeks,228 people been killed by Israeli forces in Palestine.
37 of them Children.

It appears that Israel,angry at the bloody nose handed to them by Lebanon,are taking their spite out on the Palestinians.
Why arent these reports reaching our TV screens and Newspapers ?

The War,or ethnic cleansing as it is really called,is indefensible.
So the story does not get told.

Israel have been trickle feeding water to Palestine for years.Now they are pulling the plug on electricity,hitting Gaza especially.

There is no doubt that Israel are targetting civilians.
Whether,by continued air strikes against palestinian villages,or by "collective punishment" through the power outages.
This is against the Geneva Convention !

Yet,this is happening NOW.

The Western world remain silent in their condemnation of Israel.
We should be SCREAMING !

Yep totally agreed and thanks for highlighting -do you think we are too apathetic in this country? We need to get more pro-active, but it's difficult living in a police state.

apathy has played a part,
but,i believe,that FEAR has played the biggest role.
Fear for our jobs,our children,our way of life.
today we are told to fear the huge influx of migrant workers expected next year.
it just feeds our fears and plays straight into the racists hands.

more division amongst the people.

in the past,it was the trade unions through which people could discuss,organise and support each other in disputes.
They have long gone.Taken over,by the same people who have taken control of New Labour.
Middle class careerists,far removed from the aspirations of the ordinary worker.

the fight back will come.
just as the poll tax issue moved people to action.
only then,will the issues of this country be sorted-human rights,police state,poverty,education,the nhs.

we will also not lead invasions against other countries.
nor will we support the actions of countries that do.
