Last Thursday, I ordered a load of Motorcycle parts off one of our suppliers.
It was put on an 'overnight delivery'; but 5 days later DHL have still not delivered.
Monday, my friend phoned DHL and was informed that it was being delivered that day.
DHL lied to him.
I rang them this afternoon and they lied to me too.
If DHL told me the truth, I could explain to my customers and sort out other bikes to repair.
It is such a BLOODY wind up.
Tell the truth, DHL.
I can handle 'we are busy.youll get it friday.
I cant handle liars.
DHL, you're lucky to get it at all. Our company stopped using them as a primary carrier we had so much trouble.
