My parcel has finally been delivered - yahoo.
What a nightmare.
Also a large learning curve.
I am remembering to express my feelings;
and learning (still) to 'let go and let God'.
Shit happens and, as long as no-one is hurt,
whats the problem ?
So Thank You, DHL, for giving me the opportunity to remember this.
Gary Schaffer, the MD of DHL, could use this lesson as an opportunity for change, too.
Stop lying to customers.
Employ people rather than the self employed system their drivers are forced into.
Only employ people who know the areas they will be delivering.
And Management to start taking responsibility.
Go on, Gary. Lead the way.
Totally agree. DHL - the biggest bunch of liars around. One of our suppliers insists they have to use DHL by order of their Parent Company, despite the fact they know they are crap. I enquired once about becoming a self employed home delivery driver for DHL, until they told me what they paid!!!!!!!! Once I picked myself up off the floor from laughing, I declined the offer.
