4.5 Million Eyes Watching You.

by roynelson @ Tuesday, May. 20, 2008 - 20:48:15

CCTV camera.

4.5 Million cameras looking down and recording the movement and actions of UK citizens.

Most were installed after the terror attacks in the USA.
Even more after the false flag incidents in London, three years ago.

Reports are now confirming that CCTV is NOT helping in the reduction of crime.
Police Officers rarely examine the images citing too much work.
Worse is the fact that the CCTV operators are not even asked to help in the battle against crime.

The only successful convictions I hear about is when the operators 'nick' a car for parking on double yellow lines.
Or a local resident caught dropping a sweet wrapper.

What is the point ?

To protect ?
Or to control ?

To Name Or Not To Name ?

by roynelson @ Tuesday, May. 13, 2008 - 21:07:18

Last week, I was told to reword one of my posts as someone had complained to Admin.
I complied even though the post was not offensive, nor,I believe, negative towards the person in question.

I blog about my life and the people in it.
My thoughts, my feelings, my actions.
My Blog.

I also take responsibility for what I say and write.
If people think I attack or libel them they can take actions through Law.

Or they can answer through blogs of their own.

The demand from Admin seems well out of order
and I am disappointed.

Anyone else have issues like this ?

A Buffoon Is Now Mayor Of London.

by roynelson @ Wednesday, May. 07, 2008 - 08:24:50

Well, it appears the electorate of London decided to give the Labour Government the kicking it deserved by ousting Ken Livingstone as Mayor.

No argument from me there.

Gordon Brown is not doing enough to repair the damage caused by his predecessor, Tony Bl(iar).

He is still supporting the illegal war(s), in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The money spent on our Invading army would go along way towards reflating our shrinking economy.

Imagine if that money was spent on Education and Health.
Regenerating the still desolate parts of the North of England.
Cutting the massive divide between the rich and poor.

Instead, Brown hesitates, applying Sticking Plasters to Cancer.

The result ?

A mid-term election defeat for Labour Councils.

Worse for the people of London.
A Buffoon as Mayor.

God help us.
