A Lack Of Care.

by roynelson @ Thursday, Jun. 26, 2008 - 00:33:38

Posted: 00:31 Thursday, June 26 2008

Yet again, a Nurse is threatened with discipline after highlighting bad practices in our Health and Caring system.

She wore a secret camera and filmed incidents that included force feeding a patient and poor hygiene in Ealing Hospital, West london.

Instead of praising the whistleblowing Care Assistant and taking action against the Nurses and Management, the Health Authority reported her to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Nomaizwe Ndebelel, is charged with having failed to protect the interests and dignity of her patients.

Two of the Nurses exposed by Channel Four's Dispatches were also investigated by the NMC but no action was taken.

Abuse, poor hygiene and a lack of care is rife in our Hospitals and Care(!) Homes across the country.
When Nurses and Care Assistants report incidents, Management either silence or sack them.

NOTHING ever changes.

Why do we accept this ?
Why dont we change things ?

Because the system does not work.

Lets change the system.

Performance Or MPG ?

by roynelson @ Thursday, Jun. 19, 2008 - 13:24:30

One of our customers rang me this morning to thank us for servicing his bike.

He has an old Yamaha Diversion 600 that has a weekly commute of 500 miles.

Was he happy with the new head bearings we had to replace for the MOT ?
Or the service ?

Well, yes, but his joy was truly complete when he found he was getting 68.3 miles to the gallon.

Thank you, Matt.

I get 35 miles to the gallon on my CBR 600.
I could get more but I ride like an idiot.
Even with the price of petrol I prefer performance over mpg.

Feeling Lighter - Yahoo.

by roynelson @ Wednesday, Jun. 18, 2008 - 13:28:11

The beginning of the road back yahoo.

The past couple of days have left me lighter and smiling again.

Disappointment is what I am feeling and that seems so much better than the anger and resentment.

Work is slow but enough to keep my mind occupied.

My thanks to Leona and Abbie whose support has helped me greatly.

Thank God, the days of my moods lasting weeks are no more.

Acceptance Of Loss

by roynelson @ Thursday, Jun. 12, 2008 - 21:11:10

Today, the reality of the situation with my daughter, Grace, has struck home.

She is lost to me.

Her presence on Facebook is no more; nor that of the lying Rob Silverman.
She has believed the lies fed her by the family and, worse, acted badly.
I would expect most people to understand there are two sides to a story.

But, people are idiots.
The Fairclough's and the Gelfand's are.
As are some members of my own family.
Including, Grace herself.

Bad behaviour must always be challenged.
Never supported.
Whether it is the neighbours, friends or family.

Adults have a responsibility to children.
That responsibility demands truth, integrity and courage.
Otherwise, situations such as mine become more common.
Fathers without their Children.
Children without Fathers.

Changing the law NOW to give Fathers equal rights can not mend the broken hearts of the past.
But, it can stop pain and heartache in the future.

For me, the last 11 years have been a grieving.
My child is as lost to me as if she was dead.
Yet, there is no grave I can visit to mourn.

Acceptance of loss is now my goal.
Leaving Grace and the rest of the family to God and their own Karma.

May God grant you ALL you deserve.

Controlling Families

by roynelson @ Tuesday, Jun. 10, 2008 - 21:30:16

Below are the surnames of the families that impose their will on us.

These are the families that cause economic ruin, hostility and war.

Astor
Bundy
Collins
Disney
DuPont
Freeman
Kennedy
Krupp
Li (Chinese)
Onassis
Reynolds
Rockefeller
Rothschild
Russell
Van Duyn
Merovingian (European Royal Families)

All Governments bow their heads to them and the Multi-National companies they own.

Democracy (it it ever existed) is dead in the water.

Welcome to the New World Order.

Come On, Grace.

by roynelson @ Thursday, Jun. 05, 2008 - 00:07:29

These last few weeks have been very strange for me.

My youngest now has my email address but has not been in touch.
This has caused many emotions to rise up for me.
Sadness being the main.

It was my hope to begin a relationship from the off.
Dreaming she would be as excited as me.
Forgetting her age and her 'diet' of worms makes that nigh impossible.

Grace, I can nearly understand the anger and fear you must be feeling.
It will NOT be a betrayal of anyone if we communicate.
I dont want to interfere in your life.
I just want news of you.

I have moved on so much of the stuff I had with the family.
Realising their actions were what they thought best at the time.
Knowing from my own life experiences that once something is in motion it is difficult to change.
Head down, gritted teeth and ever onwards.

In hindsight, we would ALL have acted differently.

But past is past.
We ALL loved one another in the past.
We could easily do so again.
The family and I have one thing in common.
One thing that binds us.
One thing that can cause the past to be forgotten and relationships reunited.

YOU.

We ALL love you and just want you to be happy.
You can have us ALL, you know.
Come on, get in touch.
Who knows ?
You may even like me !

Its Not The Kids To Blame. Its Us.

by roynelson @ Tuesday, Jun. 03, 2008 - 19:30:56

Children killing Children.
Guns Knifes and the Boot.

Everyone is clamouring for change;
but nothing ever gets done.

Our beloved economic system is failing us, the people.
The only ones who seem to understand this are the kids.

When you have a society in which large sections of the community feel alienated and helpless, it is no wonder that they feel they have nothing to lose by committing heinous crimes.

A life in prison is as good as a life struggling working all the hours God sends to simply keep heads above water.
The TV and Media showing all the glitzy 'must haves' that they can never afford.

What is so wrong with our society that Children kill Children ?

Greed and Selfishness.

We need to change OUR system of things.
OUR attitudes.
OUR selves.

Before the children will even think of changing themselves.

Rested.

Just come back from a weekend spent at Abbies.

Thank You, Lady, for an incredible, restful few days.
It has been a joy.
