Just been sent this picture of Chinese Police dressing in Tibetan Robes to cause trouble at a recent demonstration for a Free Tibet.
Terrible.
Boycott the olympics.

I know it happens here.
i was active in trade unions back in the 80's, when maggie thatcher was closing towns, hospitals, and schools.
the police infiltrated active trade unions to spy and spread miscontent.
the media vilified ordinary people fighting for their jobs and families.
especially, regional media.
(liverpool comes to mind).
i was outside one miners pit when someone started throwing stones at police.
he was approached by stewards to stop but ran off when a police(?) radio went off under his jacket.
the state uses the excuse of possible violence to stop lawful demonstration.
was indeed the reason behind, then and now, draconian measures to deal with its citizens.
