Re the new motorcycle charging scheme recently implemented by Westminster Council.
Why do car owners pay £70 a year for a parking permit when motorcycle owners now have to stump up £150 ?
Petrol emissions ?
Do bikes block more streets then cars ?
Or just another rip off tax ?
