Nine days till the anniversary of the first heart attack
and so much has changed.

Such a long, learning year.

With winter approaching, I had been toying with the idea of hibernation.
No longer possible with Abbies condition.

Now, I am thinking FITNESS.

The eye infection has made me feel my age and I dont like it...
Im off my knees now I want to run.
We shall see.
